About Oregon's LSTA Competitive Grants Program

All types of Oregon libraries and organizations partnering with Oregon libraries may apply for Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) competitive grants. The Oregon State Library will only fund projects that that address the goals of Oregon's LSTA Five-Year Plan: foster the joy of reading, develop information literacy skills, develop a culture of evaluation in libraries, use technology to increase the capacity to provide library services, or improve access to information resources and library services.
