Data and Information Requests

Oregon's emergency incident data is available to citizens, fire departments, local, state and federal agencies, insurance companies, and the media.

If you have a basic information request, or would like a copy of an incident report, please follow the appropriate link below, fill out the form, and click on submit at the bottom of the form. It will automatically be emailed to our unit.

Fire departments may use data to apply for state, federal, and private grants. If you have a need for this type of analysis, please contact the staff by email or telephone. Some of these requests are quite complicated and additional communication may be needed to best fill the request.
