Hazardous Substance (HazMat) Storage Information

Any facility in Oregon that stores a hazardous substance in a reportable quantity is required to report the substance storage information to OSFM's Community Right to Know (CR2K) program. Facility information is available 24 hours a day to emergency planners, first responders, law enforcement, health officials, and the public. Facility hazardous substance storage information is available to the public through CR2K's online reporting and information distribution platform called CHS Manager.

Follow the link below for instructions on how to register for a citizen account and the link to CHS Manager:

NOTE: Some information is restricted from Citizen access as it is deemed confidential or sensitive information. Sensitive information can be released through a public records request. Under ORS 453.327, the State Fire Marshal may require an individual to provide their name, address and proof of identity when necessary to protect the public safety and welfare.
CR2K Annual Report Data
CR2K publishes an annual report with general data regarding the storage of hazardous substances, and HazMat incidents that occur each year. This information is readily available to the public on our Data Reports page.

For more information about specific hazardous substance storage than is provided in CHS Manager's citizen access, please use the Public Records Request form to request a full/custom report. In requesting a custom report, please include the facility ID (if known), facility name, and facility address for the location for which you are requesting information. Include details of the information you are requesting and the format you wish to receive the report. If you have comments or questions, please e-mail
