Hazardous Substance Storage Information

Any facility in Oregon that stores a hazardous substance in a reportable quantity is required to report the substance storage information to OSFM's Community Right to Know (CR2K) program. Information is available 24 hours a day to emergency planners, first responders, law enforcement, health officials, and the public. Facility hazardous substance storage information is available to the public through CR2K's online reporting and information distribution platform, CHS manager.

Some information is restricted from the public because it's confidential. This information may be released through a public records request. Under ORS 453.327, the state fire marshal may require an individual to provide their name, address, and proof of identity when necessary to protect public safety and welfare.

CR2K Annual Report Data
CR2K publishes an annual report with general information about hazardous substance storage and hazmat incidents.

In requesting a custom report, please include facility ID (if known), name, and address for which you are requesting information. Include details of the information you are requesting and the format you wish to receive the report. If you have comments or questions, email SFMCR2K@osp.oregon.gov.
