For texts or emails please take screen shots of any issues/errors you are experiencing and send them, so we can quickly identify and resolve any issues.
Helpful Tips:
If you are getting errors on the Oregon ePermitting Inspection Request App - try force closing the App on your device and reopening it.
Check the App in the Apple App or Google Play Store to ensure you are running the most current version of the App, as this will impact its functionality.
To receive push notification immediately on your mobile device when an inspection is resulted, you have to subscribe to them for each permit you purchase. The easiest way to do this is to search by your license number on the ePermitting App so that all of your active permits show. Scroll down through all of your permits and select the "bell" icon on each permit to subscribe to notifications.
If the App isn't working, you can visit our Easy Scheduling website from your mobile device, as a backup.
