Employers: Please note an important update to the State Transit Tax rate changes in House Bill 3991, scheduled to begin January 1, 2026. The increase has been delayed pending a vote by Oregon voters in November 2026. Continue to withhold State Transit Tax at the rate of one-tenth of 1 percent or 0.001.
