DTC Office Hours
The Assessment Team and ESD Partners are hosting optional office hours from 10:00-11:00 AM on each of the next four Fridays: May 17, 24, 31, and June 7.
These sessions are an excellent time to ask any questions of ODE, ESD Partners, and other DTCs, and discuss issues pertinent to your district. Stay for the full hour or only as long as you need. Register here to receive a Zoom link for any or all sessions.

Updated Crisis Alert File Format Document Posted (REPEAT)
The Crisis Alert File Format document has been updated to better describe the crisis alert file format. The updated document now has two tabs. The green highlighted rows with definitions on the Data Map tab are specific to school district staff, and the other rows are for internal use by Cambium, Inc. The file format itself has not changed.

Summer Validations Training (Student Enrollment, Regular Attenders, and Student Mobility)
Training for three summer validations (Student Enrollment, Regular Attenders, and Student Mobility) will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2024 beginning at 2 PM. This training will be a live Zoom training with recording. The Zoom link and slide deck will be posted on ODE’s Training Page closer to the date. A link to the recording video should be posted within a week or two after the live training occurs. If you have questions about this training, please email Paul Skomsvold, Research Analyst.
Staff Assignment Audits Open May 9 - 27, 2024 (REPEAT)
The Staff Assignment audit window opens May 9 at 1:00 PM, and will remain open through Monday, May 27 at 11:59 PM. During this window, please log into the Staff Assignment collection, and review any audits that may have been generated for your institution. Resources on Staff Assignment audits and the collection in general, are available on the Staff Assignment Collection page. 2023-24 Summer Contacts for Accountability (REPEAT)
With the end of the year fast approaching, and in an effort to best serve your district/school during the summer months, we are compiling a list of summer contact information for the individuals who play a key role in working with your accountability data (assessment, collections and validations).
Please complete this 2023-24 Summer Contact Information Google form. If you have multiple staff who have accountability responsibilities, please ask them to complete this form, or feel free to complete the form on their behalf. If there is a period of time that you will not be available this summer, please include this in the Additional Notes field on the form. We will use this list to communicate reminders during the summer months.
