339-010-0005 Definitions
(6)(c)(L) Management of feeding and eating to enable swallowing performance;
(6)(c)(L) Management of feeding, eating, and swallowing to enable eating and feeding performance.

Recent Administrative Rulemaking
Effective 11/1/2023:
1) Amendment of 339-010-0040(9) & (10) Limited Permit - Designates official abbreviations to be used by an OT of OTA when working under a limited permit.
2) Amendment of 339-010-0020(5)(i) Unprofessional Conduct - applies to person claiming to be an occupational therapy practitioner when they do not hold a current license or limited permit.
3) Amendment of 339-020-0080(1) CE Certification - Updates the CE Certification rule to include the required OHA pain management course as stated in 339-020-0015(1).
