Condominium Unit Owners Associations

Annual Reports

Condominium unit owner associations, also known as UOAs, must file Annual Reports with the Oregon Real Estate Agency.

The Agency mails out Annual Report reminders to the Association's registered agent. The reminders give instructions on how to file online in the Agency's eLicense system. The $25 fee is paid online.

Information Reports

An Information Report is the first report filed with the Agency. The declarant who created the condominium project and adopted the initial bylaws of the association files the report. The date the Information Report is filed becomes the annual due date for the Annual Report.

The Agency mails a reminder to the declarant to file the Information Report using eLicense. The $100 filing fee is paid electronically.

Amendment to Filed Reports

Annual Reports or Information Reports are amended by completing an Amendment to Filed Report in eLicense

The fee to file an Amendment to Filed Report is $75, which is paid in online.
