"It´s good to see an external group recognize what we knew all along," Marsh said.  "As Dave noted in receiving the award, it´s really an award for the ODOT IS team in recognition of their skills, commitment and customer service.  We are very proud of Dave and his team for their vision, leadership and contributions to ODOT and the State of Oregon."
