DCBS jobs

DCBS requires employment-related criminal background checks for all positions because of the job duties. Individuals offered employment for DCBS positions will complete a fingerprint-based criminal background check. Current DCBS employees being considered for new positions at DCBS will also complete a fingerprint-based criminal background check if they are considered for a promotion, transfer, voluntary demotion, or job rotation lasting longer than 10 days.

Recruiting announcements posted for positions subject to criminal background checks will include a statement that employment will be contingent upon the passing of a fingerprint-based criminal background check.
