Directions:
From eastern Oregon (Malheur and Harney Counties): Take Highway 20 west, turn left at Riley onto US-395 and continue for approx. 91 miles to Valley Falls, turn left at Lakeview/Bend turnoff still staying on US-395. Follow US-395 approx. 24 miles to Geyser View Lane and turn right, go to Rabbit Hill Road and turn right again. Follow Rabbit Hill Road until you come to the institution entrance (approx. 2 miles).
From western Oregon: Take I-5 South until the OR-58/Willamette Hwy. exit (exit number 188A). Take OR 58/Willamette Hwy towards Oakridge/Klamath Falls. Keep left at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto OR-58. and follow it for 86.3 miles (138.8 km). OR-58 becomes US-97 South, stay on US-97 for about 77.5 miles (124.6 km). Keep going straight to go onto Kit Carson Way for approx. 1.9 miles (3.0 km). Stay straight to go onto OR-39 for 5.0 miles (8.0 km). Turn left onto OR-140 and travel about 90.5 miles (145.7 km). Once in Lakeview, turn left onto Roberta Road (there is a WCCF sign posted there) and follow it for approximately 4.5 miles until you come to the facility entrance on your left.

General Population Inmates
General population inmates are allowed to use the phones in the dayroom from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. On the yard and in the activities building they can use phones whenever the yard is open.
Inmates in holding are not allowed to use phones unless it is an emergency.
Emergency Notifications
In an emergency families can call master control at (541) 947-8383. They will then either be connected to the chaplain or a counselor. After hours the family will be connected to the officer in charge.

| About WCCF: |
Warner Creek Correctional Facility (WCCF) is a 400-bed minimum security facility which opened in September 2005. All inmates housed at WCCF are scheduled for release within three years. Programs and work assignments are designed to facilitate successful reentry into Oregon communities. The facility employs an average of 110 correctional professionals.
The prison site comprises 91 acres, but the facility itself occupies less than 15 acres and utilizes approximately 117,000 sq. ft. of building space which includes areas for inmate housing, work and education programs, health services, food services, religious services, physical plant, warehouse and storage, vehicle maintenance, a laundry facility, recreational activities, administration and various other functions.
Construction of WCCF was put on hold in the fall of 2002 due to the state's budget situation. The 2003-2005 Legislatively Adopted Budget included authority to complete the prison's construction.
A unique feature of WCCF is its use of natural energy for providing heat to the facility. Heat is collected from water that has been warmed by natural geothermal sources deep inside the Earth. The geothermally heated water is pumped up through a well and piped into a heat exchange unit where the heat is then transferred to the prison’s water-loop system. Once the heat has been transferred and the water has cooled, the water is re-injected back into the ground.
The combination of the heat exchange unit and the heated water-loop system delivers natural and efficient energy to the facility where it is used to provide hot water for domestic and space heating purposes. However, WCCF is not completely reliant on geothermal heat. The facility is also fitted with a propane fired back-up boiler system that is capable of providing 100% of the required heat under the most extreme conditions, should problems ever arise with the geothermal system.
In 2008 Warner Creek Correctional Facility was awarded the Oregon State Energy Efficient Design (SEED) award for being "a model of energy efficiency".
