The Oregon Veterans' Home receives no financial support from the State's General Fund (tax dollars). The Home relies on two main sources of funding for its continued operation: residency charges, and donations.
To make a donation to the Oregon Veterans' Home, simply download, print and fill out the Gift Form.

All donations qualify for a charitable contribution tax deduction. Donations are deposited in the Oregon Veterans' Home Trust Fund; these funds are used to enhance the quality of life of residents at the Home, care for the facility, and maintain affordability for residents.

| Honoring Donors |
|
Donations made to the Oregon Veterans' Home in any amount are welcome and are used in many different ways for the benefit of the Home and its residents.
All donors receive a special letter of thanks from the Director of Veterans' Affairs.
The names of all donors are recorded in the donor registry located in the lobby of the Home.

- For a donation of $35 - $64, the donor will receive an Oregon Veterans' Home remembrance pin. Remembrance pins are intended to honor donors, and are designed to be worn on a suit lapel, sport jacket, vets, blouse, hat, or tie.
- For a donation of $65 - $99 the donor will receive two Oregon Veterans' Home remembrance pins.
- For a donation of $100 or more the donor will receive two Oregon Veterans' Home remembrance pins and, for one year, their name will be displayed along with other major donors, on the "Wall of Gratitude" in the lobby area of the Oregon Veterans' Home.
