Welcome to the Oregon Veterans' Home - Lebanon

The Edward C. Allworth Veterans’ Home, located in Lebanon, is the second Veterans' Home in Oregon.

Organized around the idea of an intentional community or neighborhood, this new veterans' home offers residents a way to maximize normal living environments and routines, provides autonomy, a sense of community, and quality of life. The campus consists of four neighborhoods, up to three houses per neighborhood, and each house accommodates up to 14 eligible residents.

Award-Winning Care

Two years after opening, the new Oregon Veterans' Home in Lebanon reached full occupancy and earned the Bronze Excellence in Quality Award for superior performance in the long-term and post-acute care profession.

The Home also was awarded the 2019 Silver National Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living.

The Lebanon facility was one of only three in the state of Oregon to receive this distinction from the AHCA/NCAL. The award followed an intensive review process that covered all areas of the 154-bed long-term and memory care facility.

The silver award is the second of three distinctions possible through the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program, which spotlights providers across the nation who have demonstrated their dedication to improving quality of care for residents and patients in long term and post-acute care.
