If you or someone you know is pregnant and needs help finding pregnancy counseling, getting connected to prenatal care, applying for medical insurance, or getting connected to other care please see the resources below:  
  • Apply for the Oregon Health Plan (OHP)
  • Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and Your Pregnancy
    Learn about what OHP covers during pregnancy, how to get OHP for your newborn, and more.
  • 211info- 211 is a non-emergency helpline that connects people with local community resources and health and social services. You can also contact them by dialing 211 or 866-698-6155.
  • Find an Oregon Reproductive Health Program Clinic
    Reproductive health services include pregnancy testing, all options pregnancy counseling, and information and referral to other health and social services.
  • Help Me Grow Oregon
    A free and confidential family support line that provides seamless access to community services. You can reach them by calling 1-833-868-4769 OR 503-215-2429. You can email them at: helpmegrow@providence.org
  • Community Action- Help Me Grow (Washington County)
    Help Me Grow connects families to critical resources to ensure every child gets the best start in life. Residents of Washington County are eligible, but health insurance assistance and prenatal care access are available to all, regardless of residency. Open to pregnant individuals and families with children up to 6 years old. 

Oregon Mothers Care

This program ended as a statewide program on June 30, 2026. 
Information for OMC Site Coordinators will remain available until July 31, 2026. 
OMC began in 2000 and helped almost 80,000 pregnant individuals and families get connected to the care they needed.
