Notice: Voya.com, which hosts the login sites for PERS'
Individual Account Program (IAP) and
Oregon Savings Growth Plan (OSGP)
accounts, will no longer support Internet Explorer versions 11 and older after March 22, 2021. You will still be able
to access Voya-hosted websites with Explorer, but you may find some functions no longer work when using that browser.
Recommended browsers are: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and MS Edge. Voya is the third-party administrator of PERS' IAP
and OSGP.
