Before proceeding with a withdrawal, note that Oregon law requires that members who withdraw from any PERS plan withdraw from all of their PERS plans.
If you are vested and you do not withdraw your member account(s), you will be eligible for lifetime monthly benefit payments at retirement.

To proceed with a withdrawal, download and complete the withdrawal application for your membership type. Instructions are provided in the application packet.
