Condominiums, Timeshares, & Timeshare Exchanges

The Land Development Division:

  • Approves the Declaration for each new condominium.
  • Approves any amendments to a Declaration.
  • Issues the Disclosure Statement required for the first sale of each residential unit of a condominium.
  • Approves bylaw amendments during the first 5 years after a condominium is recorded.
  • Issues the Public Report required for sales of timeshare interests to Oregonians.

Condominium filings

All filings, documents, and payments must be submitted electronically via eLicense. (The Agency accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and electronic checks.)

Timeshare filing forms

Timeshare filings must be submitted electronically with the ARELLO Timeshare Registry.

The Oregon Real Estate Agency will invoice for timeshare filings at the time of approval. Payments must be submitted electronically via eLicense. (The Agency accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and electronic checks.) If you do not have an eLicense login, please call (503) 378-4170.
