Director
Responsible for overseeing and guiding aviation policy, airport management, and aviation-related economic development within the state of Oregon. The director ensures the safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of the state's aviation infrastructure while fostering collaboration with public and private stakeholders.
Airports and Operations
Responsible for managing and maintaining the state's 28 public-use airports, ensuring they effectively serve diverse community and pilot needs across Oregon. This includes overseeing land leases, aviation fuel services, airfield safety and coordinating with tenants.
Finance and Administration
Provides essential support services, ensuring the agency operates efficiently and effectively. This team manages budgeting, financial oversight, public outreach, aircraft registration, and administrative coordination.
Planning and Programs
Oversees airport development, pavement maintenance, capital improvements, aviation grants, and land use regulations to support a safe and efficient aviation system. By collaborating with the FAA and managing statewide initiatives, the division ensures Oregon’s airports remain well-maintained, compliant, and strategically developed for future growth.
