Booths for Resource Organizations

Resource organizations that are eligible for booth space are entities that directly provide counseling, technical support, and community engagement to Oregon businesses.

There is no cost for a resource booth, each booth comes with:

Two chairs
One six foot table draped
Complimentary continental breakfast and lunch is included

Resource Organization Booth Setup Time

The Salem Convention Center is located at 200 Commercial St SE, Salem, OR 97301. Setup time is on April 2, 2026, from 7:30 - 9:30 a.m. Booth managers can drive up and drop off booth materials at the covered drive thru entrance on Commercial Street. Unloading is limited to 15 minutes and vehicles must be moved and parked elsewhere after unloading occurs.

There is limited free underground parking at the venue and free overflow parking options on the rooftop of the Pringle Parkade or any floor of the Chemeketa Parkade. Read more about parking options.

Resource Organization Booth Check-in

Resource organization booth staff will check-in in the registration desk to get name badges and booth instructions.

Resource Organization Booth Tear Down Time

Resource organization booth tear down can begin no earlier than 4 p.m. on April 2, 2026. Please do not to dismantle your booth ahead of time, as doing so may affect your participation in future events.

Resource Organization Booth Engagement Times

The conference has dedicated the following times for attendees to visit resource booths:

10:30 a.m. - Noon
3 - 4 p.m.
