The Government to Government Summit promotes and strengthens positive government to government relationships and partnerships with the nine federally recognized Tribal nations in Oregon (Senate Bill 770 (2001)).
Event Information
This
in-person event is by invitation only and will be held in Coos Bay on October 7-8, 2025. There is no charge to attend. Guests can enjoy hors d'oeuvres and non-alcoholic beverages at no cost during the evening reception on October 7, as well as breakfast and lunch on October 8. All other expenses, including lodging, must be covered by invitees.

Location and Parking
The Ko-Kwel Casino Resort | Coos Bay (formerly The Mill Casino) is located at 3201 Tremont Ave., North Bend, OR 97459 and offers ample free parking onsite. The Summit on October 8 will be held in the Salmon Room.

October 7, 2025 from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m., Reception & Culture Night
(Salmon Room)
- 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. Pre-summit reception in the Salmon Room.
- Enjoy an evening of networking and cultural exchange. Buffet and beverages provided.
- 7:30 - 8:30 p.m. Coquille Community Plank House Demonstration.
- Shuttle service from Ko-Kwel to Plank House provided (15min drive) Beverages and light snacks provided.
- Agenda
- 6:45 p.m.: First Shuttles depart
- 7:15 p.m.: Second Shuttles depart
- 7:30 p.m.: No entrance after demonstration begins
- 8:30 p.m.: Shuttles return guests to Ko-Kwel
- *There is parking at the Community Plank House if you would like to drive yourself.
- *Tribal Protocol: There will be NO ENTRANCE after 7:30 PM. Please plan accordingly.
