Thank you for your request to meet with Governor Kotek. Please note we receive a large volume of requests and, while we would like to accommodate all of them, it may not always be possible due to scheduling constraints. Currently, we are not able to make commitments for the Governor more than six weeks in advance.
This meeting request form is most appropriate for groups, organizations and individuals seeking meetings relating to specific policy proposals or as part of an organized event or lobby day. Individuals needing assistance with personal matters involving state agencies or who want to generally share their views on an issue are encouraged to contact the governor’s office using our online contact form or by calling 503-378-4582.
Governor Kotek’s schedule may change at any time, based on emerging state needs and responsibilities. If last-minute schedule changes occur, we will notify you as soon as possible and attempt to reschedule.
