JROC - Joint Resiliency Operations Center

The Oregon National Guard Resiliency Directorate takes a preventive and proactive approach to strengthening the readiness, resilience, and well-being of our Service Members, Families, and Civilian workforce.

By fostering connection, we ensure individuals, leaders, and families can access the right resources at the right time. We partner with military and civilian leaders to cultivate a culture of support, linking people with the tools needed to thrive in life and service.

Through competence, we equip and prepare our force by collaborating with civic and community partners, ensuring our Service Members, Families, and workforce are sustained and ready to meet any challenge.

With commitment, we empower individuals and leadership to shape a positive climate that promotes holistic well-being, reinforcing the Oregon National Guard’s role as the service of choice for those who serve and the communities that stand beside them.
