Add or transfer a licensee
Only a principal broker or property manager can add or transfer a licensee into a business.
- Log into your personal eLicense account.
- Pay $10 per licensee added or transferred.
Each licensee will receive an email confirmation. Each licensee's former principal broker or property manager will also get an email notification.
Remove a licensee / Leave a business
If you are a principal broker or property manager removing someone from your business: Log into your personal eLicense account to remove licensees.
If you are a broker leaving a business: Log into your personal eLicense account and inactivate your license.
There is no fee.
Each licensee removed will receive an email confirmation.
