A Real Estate Marketing Organization (REMO) finds, or offers to find, potential clients to purchase, sell, lease, or rent real estate. This service is provided to brokers, principal brokers, and property managers for a fee.
Oregon Revised Statutes 696.600 through 696.785 and Oregon Administrative Rule chapter 863 division 10 apply to the registration and regulation of REMOs.
REMOs must be licensed by the Oregon Real Estate Agency. REMO employees must be registered by the Agency.
