The Oregon Real Estate Board elected Patricia Ihnat as chair and Debra Gisriel as vice-chair for 2022.
Pat Ihnat is an attorney at Fidelity National Title. Pat has been with Fidelity for 27 years. Before joining the title industry, Pat was an attorney in private practice handling litigation and appellate cases focused on real estate and commercial matters.
She is a past-president of the Oregon Land Title Association (OLTA) and currently serves on OLTA's legislative and education committees. She is a past-chair of the Real Estate and Land Use Section of the Oregon State Bar.
Pat received her law degree from the University of Arizona. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Franklin College. She is a member of the State Bar Associations in Oregon, California, and Arizona. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, backpacking, and training with her border collie.
Debra Gisriel has been in the real estate industry for over 40 years. She has served in numerous leadership roles in the industry, chairing committees, serving as local REALTOR association president and past President of the Oregon Association of REALTORS. She is currently a director for both state and national associations of REALTORS.
She has a degree in Political Science and, while attending law school, worked as a certified real estate paralegal.
Debra is currently the Oregon Principal Broker for eXp Realty, LLC and was the owner of Fisher Nicholson Realty in Klamath Falls.
In addition to her real estate leadership roles, she serves on the Klamath County Housing Authority and is on the Executive Committee of the Klamath County Economic Development Association.
She and her husband Tom spend their time between Klamath Falls and Springfield, Oregon.
