The one-hour live webinar “Oregon Smoke and CO Alarm Laws for Renting or Selling a Home" is available to brokers, principal brokers, and property owners. This training helps licensees guide landlords and home sellers to stay in compliance with state law.
The class is offered monthly. Due to limited availability, please register only for the class you plan to attend. Special training dates can be scheduled for groups of 10 or more.
