Does OREA Have Your Current Email Address, Phone Number?

The Oregon Real Estate Agency will launch a new licensing system next year. The new system will use emails and SMS (text messages) to reset passwords. To ensure a smooth transition, OREA encourages you to log in to your eLicense account and confirm that your email address and cell phone number are correct.

Update Phone Numbers

1. Log in to your eLicense account.
2. Click the “Online Services” near the top right corner, then select “Change Address/Phone” from the “Account” menu.
3. Click “Start” next to your name.
• If your you need to correct an error, click “Edit,” modify the address and/or phone number, then click “Save and Close.”
• If you need to add a new address and/or phone number, click “Add,” complete the blank form, then click “Save and Close.”
4. Once completed, click the “Next” button.
5. During the review, if everything is correct, you may click the “Print Review” button to maintain a copy of the transaction, then click “Finish.”

Update Email Address

1. Log in to your eLicense account.
2. Click the “Online Services” near the top right corner, then select “Change Email Address” from the “Account” menu.
3. Click “Start” next to your name.
• If you need to correct an error, click “Edit,” modify the address, then click “Save and Close.”
• If you have a new email address, click “Add,” complete the blank form, then click “Save and Close.”
4. Once completed, click the “Next” button.
5. During the review, if everything is correct, you may click the “Print Review” button to maintain a copy of the transaction, then click “Finish.”
