Oregon Departments of Veterans’ Affairs’ home loan program offers fixed rate financing for eligible Oregon veterans purchasing a home. The program is separate from the federal VA loan program. It provides competitive terms, up to the current Fannie Mae conforming loan limit, for a variety of property types across Oregon.
