Whenever you need to renew your license,
you must complete continuing education. But if you are renewing your active license for the first time, or reactivating your license after your first renewal was inactive, you have specific courses you must take before you can renew.
Please see “You Must Take New LARRC to Renew Your Active License July 2022 or Later" for more information on the new Law and Rule Required Course requirement.
Brokers
If you are a broker renewing an active license for the first time, or you are reactivating your license after your first renewal was inactive, you must complete the following courses prior to your renewal:
- 27-hour Broker Advanced Practices.
- 3-hour Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC).
Principal Brokers
If you are a principal broker renewing an active license for the first time, or you are reactivating your license after your first renewal was inactive, you must complete the following courses prior to your renewal:
- 27-hour Principal Broker Advanced Practices.
- 3-hour LARRC.
Property Managers
If you are a property manager renewing an active license for the first time, or you are reactivating your license after your first renewal was inactive, you must complete the following courses prior to your renewal:
- 27-hour Property Manager Advanced Practices.
- 3-hour LARRC.
