If you are renewing a real estate broker, principal broker, or property manager license on or after July 1, 2022, you must complete the 3-hour 2022-2023 Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC) containing instruction in state and national fair housing laws.
If you have already taken the 2020-2021 LARRC in preparation for your renewal, you can take either:
