The Oregon Real Estate Board approved the course curriculum for the Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC) effective January 1, 2024. All brokers, principal brokers, and property managers must complete the 3-hour course as part of the continuing education requirements for license renewal. Go to Continuing Education Requirements and select the relevant license type for more information.
