Our goal is provide a response within five business days. During times with high volumes of requests, we may need more time. We will respond in the order requests are received. Please note: Certain issues may need extended time for research or investigation such as those involving traffic signals, signage or lane configuration. Coming Spring 2024 - NEW Ask ODOT Online Portal
We are launching a new, user-friendly online system in Spring 2024. You will have the option to submit requests anonymously or create an account to track the status of their request and communicate with ODOT staff. This new system will allow you to specify the type of concern (for example: highway maintenance, traffic engineering, construction projects, etc.), pin the location on a map, and upload attachments like photos and videos. All communication with Ask ODOT staff will be within the portal or by phone. The Ask ODOT email address will no longer available to submit requests. You will be directed to use the customer portal to contact staff.
We will update this webpage with the launch date as we approach the customer portal rollout.
