Crime Victim Registration and Notification

Victim Notification 
You must register with the Board if you want to be notified of hearings or an inmate's release. If you notify the Board, your name will also be provided to the Department of Corrections. The Board will notify you prior to any type of hearing or release if we have your current address. The Department of Corrections will notify you in advance of a release onto Transitional Leave. The Board and the Department of Corrections will keep your address and telephone number confidential.
 
The Board sends all notifications by postal mail. Please remember to keep the Board updated with changes to your mailing address.

Your registration is not active until you receive confirmation.
 
Be prepared to provide:
·        your name;
·        phone;
·        e-mail;
·        your current mailing address; and
·        identifying information for the inmate:
o   full legal name; and
o   date of birth; or State Identification Number (SID).
 
If you do not have this information, please call the Board at (503) 945-0907.
 
NOTE: You must notify Victim Registration of any name or address change. You can contact us at any time to verify your information.
