Everyone should report abuse. We all have a responsibility to protect those who cannot protect themselves.

The Oregon Department of Human Services (DHS) 2011 Adult Protective Services data report shows financial exploitation and self-neglect as the two areas of abuse and neglect with the greatest number of victims among elderly and disabled Oregonians. This report helps us better understand Oregon’s adult abuse trends more clearly.
