Codes and standards

​The division works with building officials, technical committees, advisory boards, and the public to adopt, amend, and interpret the Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC). This code applies to any construction, reconstruction, alteration, repair, and installation of materials and equipment in or part of commercial building structures.
