JoLene has been with the state of Oregon for 25 years and is the Deputy Director | Deputy State Chief Information Officer with Enterprise Information Services.​

​Krasimir has a Ph.D. in Business Management from Walden University, a Master of Fine Arts in Screenwriting from the American Film Institute Conservatory, and a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Acting from the National Academy for Theater and Film Arts in Bulgaria. He is an Organizational Improvement Specialist with Oregon Health Authority's Equity & Inclusion Division.

Claire Schulz has a Bachelor of Arts in Science, Technology and Society with an emphasis in Bioethics from the University of Puget Sound. She also has a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Claire is currently a Project Manager for the Oregon Health Authority with the Health Policy and Analytics division.​

Eva holds an Oregon Project Management Associate certificate from the Oregon Project Management Certification Program, Project Management Professional Certificate from Project Management Institute and Oregon Procurement Basic Certification. She worked as a Project Coordinator and now an IT Procurement Strategist within Enterprise Information Services. Eva currently serves as secretary for the Oregon Project Management Advisory Board.

Amy has a Certificate in Project Management from the Oregon Project Management Certification Program. Amy has over 27 years of government experience, the last ten being in IT and business project management. Amy is a Project Manager with Oregon Department of Justice.​

Gundula has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from University of Phoenix and Project Management Professional Certificate from Project Management Institute. Gundula is a Business Innovations Manager with Oregon Department of Justice.​

Parrish has over 22 years of entrepreneurial experience to include 16 years of government experience in both vertical and IT projects. Among being Lean Six Sigma Certified, he also facilitates leadership development at Department of Public Safety Standards & Training. Parrish is a Senior Policy and Business Services Manager with Oregon Department of Corrections.

Talon has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from University of Oregon, Project Management Professional Certificate from Project Management Institute, and Business Analysis Certificate from Portland State University. Talon is an IT Project Services Manager with Oregon Health Authority/Oregon Department of Human Services.  ​

Mitchell has a bachelor's degree in operational management and leadership from George Fox University and Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from Project Management Institute (PMI). Mitchell will be completing his MBA with a concentration in project management from Eastern University in April of 2026. Mitchell is currently the Deputy Director for the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division with the Oregon State Police. ​

Lacey Davis has a Bachelor's degree in Community Health Education and a Master of Education in Information Technology. She also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and an Oregon Project Management Associate certificate through the Oregon Project Management Certification Program. She is currently a Learning and Development Specialist with the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS).
