​​​​​​​Annual Market Permits  

Annual Market Permits allows an out of state USDA approved livestock auction premises to ship cattle on a single permit, issued once per year. All other import requirements must be met for the animals to be shipped into Oregon.  

Any out of state auction markets that ships animals into Oregon regularly can complete the Annual Market Permit application and return it to the addresses provided on the application. Each permit is valid until December 31st of the current year. Auction markets must renew their annual market permit each year.  ​
