Early Learning Account

The Early Learning Account will get at least 20% of the money in the Student Success Fund. This money will be used to:

• Fully Fund Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special Education (EI/ECSE)
• Expand Relief Nurseries
• Establish the Early Learning Equity Fund*
• More Preschool Slots including Preschool Promise and Oregon Prekindergarten Programs (half + full day)
• Professional Development for Early Childhood Educators
• Early Head Start
• Healthy Families Oregon
• Parenting Engagement

(* indicates a program that did not exist before passage of the Student Success Act)
