Men's Health

Staying healthy means taking good care of your mind and body by being physically active, getting regular check-ups, having people and relationships that support you, and managing your specific health issues. Many of the top men’s health risks, including heart disease, diabetes and obesity, are often preventable. That’s why it’s so important to be proactive when it comes to your health.

Oregon’s Public Health programs collaborate with diverse partners and health care providers from across the state. We provide resources and advocate for policies and environments that promote the lifelong health of Oregon men.
