Chime In survey

What is Chime In?

ChimeIn survey logoChime In is an anonymous survey to learn about HIV risk and the health needs of communities in the Portland area. Survey data help agencies better understand and improve public health.

Participants will receive:

  • $25 for completing an interview and $25 for completing an HIV test
  • Information on HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted infections
  • Referral to healthcare and social services as needed 

The entire process is anonymous. Participants will not be asked for their name or other identifying information.


How do I participate?

Chime In staff will be traveling throughout the Portland metro area in our mobile van to conduct surveys and HIV tests at local venues. Please participate if invited!

Please note: Only people who are approached by a Chime In recruiter can participate in 2017. People who approachy a Chime In recruiter or other staff member will not be invited to participate.

We have partnered with Cascade AIDS Project this year to support their mission to promote health equity in the community. They provide a number of resources around overall health management.
