The Office of Forecasting, Research and Analysis (OFRA) supports DHS and OHA by providing accurate, timely, unbiased caseload forecasts, and related research and analysis to support budgeting, policy development, and operational planning.
The OEDA team produces evidence-based, actionable information though inter-agency research to improve the lives of Oregonians. They collaborate across state agencies to create useful insights and support innovation.
The LDS team develops, manages and analyzes spatial data for different work teams. LDS creates maps from existing spatial data, codes spatial data onto existing databases, and conducts spatial analyses.
The ICS team is administered by the DHS OFRA containing client level data from most DHS and OHA programs. Individual clients are linked across programs and through time, so that it’s possible to see how individual clients use multiple programs and how often.
