ENROLLED AGENT INFORMATION - SB 1510
Please note that SB 1510 - The bill that exempts Enrolled Agents from taking the state-specific tax exam and allows them to practice in Oregon through a simplified registration process will not take effect until June 5, 2026. Until that date, anyone preparing Personal Oregon tax returns for compensation must be licensed with the Board of Tax Practitioners.

To Apply please use the Forms tab at the very top of this page. You will want the Registered Tax Aide Initial Registration Form. Please read all pertinent information on page two of the application. All RTA's must be 100% supervised by either an LTC, CPA, PA or an Attorney and are only registered to enter basic data into tax returns.
