Please read all pertinent information on page two of the application.

All RTA's must be supervised 100% of the time by either an LTC, CPA, PA or an Attorney and are only registered to enter basic data into tax returns.

FOR ALL EXAMS, NEW LICENSES, REACTIVATIONS, BUSINESS, BRANCH or INFORMATION CHANGES USE THE FORMS TAB AT THE VERY TOP OF THIS PAGE.

All Forms are in alphabetical order and can be faxed, e-mailed, or mailed in.

HB2338 - Allows the Oregon Board of Tax Practitioners to create a lower-level program akin to an apprenticeship program. These applicants will be called Registered Tax Aides (RTA's) and would be able to enter tax data and learn on the job from their Licensed Tax Consultant. Check out the updated -3 amendments to this bill here.
