ELMO.PNG

The Early Learning Map of Oregon (ELMO) is an interactive map created to support Oregon’s early learning partners (schools, community and state agencies, Early Learning Hubs, advocacy groups, and others) in their work on planning and improving early care and education in their region. The map can help describe Oregon’s geographic regions (counties, Early Learning Hubs, Child Care Resource & Referral Regions, elementary school catchment areas, and census tracts) in terms of community and family strengths and needs, the availability of child care and other early learning supports.

Note: There may be a short delay as the dashboard loads in your browser. The site will time out after a period of inactivity. Click on "Map" in the upper menu to be taken to the map view shown here.
