Members of the public who would like to submit a public comment to a Commission meeting may submit comments in the following ways:

Written, through a form or email
Verbal, virtually or in-person

To sign up to submit a verbal public comment, contact the Commission Administrator 24 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting at oregon.serves@hecc.oregon.gov

To submit a written comment, complete this form 24 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting.
