The OregonServes Commission, made up of 25 members appointed by the Governor, carries out the State Service Plan's goals and mission. They also fulfill the duties outlined in the federal regulations for 42 U.S.C. § 12638 and 45 CFR 2550.50, and within Oregon Revised Statute 660.500.
