Refund Policy and NSF/ACH Return Policy

  • Applications fees are not refundable.
  • Overpayments of $15 or less are nonrefundable unless a refund is requested in writing within 1 year from the date of the overpayment.
  • A $25 fee will be assessed in addition to the original charge for checks or electronic payments returned for nonsufficient funds, invalid account numbers, closed accounts, or accounts that cannot be found or located by the bank.
