Jessenia L Juarez is the Lending Director at the Portland Housing Center. She has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry and working with nonprofits whose mission is to close the homeownership and racial wealth gap.

Jessenia is bi-cultural and bilingual and is passionate about assisting others in their homeownership goals. Her transparent, unbiased approach to information sharing helps build trust in her community. Homeownership is important to her because it creates stability, generational wealth, and security.  

She currently sits on numerous boards and committees with a focus on homeownership for underserved and underrepresented communities.

​Jessenia is married to Francisco, and they have a 3-year-old son, Francisco Rafael. Jessenia was born in El Salvador and was raised in the states since age 3. She enjoys serving on committees because she believes that diverse perspectives strengthen communities.​

Biography:

​Dawn Duerksen is the Property Manager and co-owner of Duerksen & Associates, Inc., Property Management & Real Estate. She has been licensed since 2007, serving the Corvallis, Albany, and Philomath areas.

In 2012, Dawn and her family started Rental Property Management Group (RPMG). This group of property managers and landlords in the community who own either a single unit or professionally manage many units work to be better educated in the industry and to treat tenants with honesty and respect. Meetings continued monthly for ten years, and a new model will resume in 2024.

Dawn co-owns her company with her husband Steve. They live in Corvallis, where they enjoy serving the K-12 youth in the community.

Biography:

LaTasha Beal is a principal broker in Oregon and a managing broker in Washington. She’s been licensed in Oregon since 2009 and licensed in Washington since 2018. LaTasha earned her Bachelor’s degree in real estate finance from Portland State University in 2009.  LaTasha is also a certified residential investment specialist.

LaTasha was the reviewing broker for Keller Williams Sunset Corridor through February 2022, this experience gave her an opportunity to coach, train and mentor agents from newly licensed to growing teams, helping them navigate transaction disputes, strengthen systems and understand contracts, compliance and ethics.

LaTasha is currently the vice-chair of the Oregon Realtors Diversity Committee.  Supporting diversity, equity and inclusion in the real estate industry has become integral to her business and she has started a team, Remnant Realty Group, powered by Keller Williams Sunset Corridor.

LaTasha lives in Tigard, OR, married to the love of her life and enjoys serving in her community, specifically community rehab centers.

Heidi Hazel is the Authorized Principal Broker and office leader for the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwest Real Estate office in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Prior to relocating to Lake Oswego, she led the Salem office as well as the Stayton and Silverton offices of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Real Estate Professionals.

A Northwest native, Heidi has served buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals across the Willamette Valley since 2013. She is actively involved in industry education and professional leadership and has served on numerous local and statewide committees and boards supporting real estate professionalism. From 2015 to 2022, she served the City of Stayton as a member of the Stayton Planning Commission, participating in land use and community development decisions.

Biography:

​I have been in the mortgage business since 2006 and experienced some of the most challenging times the industry has ever seen. In 2017, I started Two Rivers Mortgage, an independent brokerage where we work for you, not the bank. My clients range from the first-time buyer to the seasoned investor.

I enjoy explaining the real estate process and believe that keeping people informed and educated throughout the transaction can help lessen the anxiety of what is often a very stressful set of events.

Being personally available to my clients is very important to me, including evenings and weekends. Life is always shifting and when it does, it's comforting to have a person you can trust, someone you can call who doesn't mind if you ask a question or two or three.

​Tom Tapia has been a Principal Broker with Fratzke Commercial Real Estate Advisors since 2012. Tom has also been a Commercial Real Estate Broker and Certified Residential Investment Specialist (CRIS) since 2015 and a property owner and manager for over 30 years. As a Bend resident since 1978, Tom has a personal and professional investment in the Central Oregon community. Tom's primary professional goal is to continue to assist the Central Oregon community in achieving its growth and vision for the future.

Tom's client and tenant roster is extremely varied, and he is well-versed in many types of real estate transactions including local school district, industrial production facilities, logistics, food and beverage production, health and fitness, biotech, restaurant, office, and retail. His strengths include creating synergy and vision for his clients and bringing together companies that benefit the community.

He is skilled at project management, scheduling, and interpreting zoning laws and land use documents. Biography:

Michael Warren is the Principal Broker of Crook County Properties, LLC, located in Prineville Oregon. Michael focuses primarily on commercial development and large rural parcels, including farms and ranches throughout Central and Eastern Oregon.

Michael's involvement in Real Estate includes being the real estate broker for both the City of Prineville and Crook County. He served as local association president in 2013 and Oregon Realtors Board Director, as well as a member of the Executive Committee. Michael is the Oregon District VP for District 5, which includes counties from Wheeler down through Klamath. On the national level, Michael is a Director on the National Association of Realtors Board.

Michael's community involvement includes being the Chair of the Crook County Planning Commission and Board President of the Prineville Economic Development committee.
