The Oregon Real Estate Agency offered continuing education extensions to all real estate licensees as we all learned to navigate life with Covid in our communities. Licensees who took the extension were allowed to renew their licenses without entering continuing education hours in eLicense, with the requirement that continuing education certificates were emailed to the Agency within a month after renewal.
Licensees who accepted 30-day continuing education Covid-extensions for license renewal will be responsible for ensuring that they have met their obligations under the extension. Should an audit, complaint, or investigation find that a licensee failed to comply, it may result in disciplinary action.
