Capitation rate development reports
These reports outline the capitation rates to be paid to contracting managed care organizations under the Oregon Health Plan Medicaid Demonstration. The reports also explain the methods for arriving at the annual capitation rates.
All reports are listed by effective date. Starting in January 2006, the capitation rates are for each calendar year, not fiscal year.
Expected per capita cost reports These reports provide an in-depth analysis and explanation of methodology used to determine each biennium's budget for the Oregon Health Plan. All reports are listed by the budget period.
